Furthermore, Users agree to indemnify and hold The Tampa Tribune interactive service harmless for any content that violates the rights of other individuals. Notwithstanding the previous sentence and without waiving its rights to indemnification, The Tampa Tribune interactive service reserves the right to delete or move any messages that, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws or otherwise unacceptable.

Acknowledgment - The User acknowledges by using The Tampa Tribune interactive system that any submissions may be removed, modified, published, transmitted and displayed by The Tampa Tribune interactive system. The User warrants that all moral rights in any uploaded material have been waived. Furthermore, the User acknowledges by use of this system that the foregoing terms and conditions have been accepted. Finally, the User acknowledges that the Tampa Tribune interactive service has the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time and the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Subscriber Agreement at any time upon notification of changes posted on the service.
